Are any of your rentals street legal?
No, we do not offer street-legal rental cars that are licensed by the DMV.
How do I get the required insurance?
Depends on your specific policy, but the best thing to do is contact your insurance broker or provider and show them the requirements. For commercial rentals, this usually isn't too difficult to fulfill. Personal rentals can be more challenging, but we have a recommendation to event rental liability insurance
Why do you require liability insurance?
California is a very litigious state, and it is in everyone's best interest to have proper liability insurance coverage for a golf cart rental to protect themselves.
Do I need to refill the gas tank in the gas rentals before they are picked up or returned?
No, we do not require tanks to be refilled - fuel is prepaid as part of the rental.
How far can a gas-powered rental travel?
Our gas-powered rentals come with a full tank of gas which will allow you to drive 75-100 miles until you need to add fuel.
Can an electric rental climb the hills at our location?
Yes, as long as the vehicle is an electric AC powered Yamaha, hill climbing will be the best there is available for a golf cart.
Will an electric rental last all day?
Our lithium electric rentals will work if your driving distance per full charge is less than 35 miles per day on flat ground AND you have up to 8-10 hours down-time to recharge the vehicle (overnight charge cycle must be completed to continue use the next day).
How much does a golf cart rental cost?
Golf carts rent for $66 to $154 per day depending on the type of car. We offer weekly, monthly, and long-term rental rates, too.
